Hospitality studies focusing on Events Production with Hotel internship

6-12 Months Hospitality Studies with Internship programs in the fields of Events Production and Culinary Arts

Tel Aviv is Israel's vibrant and largest metropolis, nicknamed both 'Silicon Vadi' for its concentration of start-up and tech companies and 'the Vegan Nation' for the numerous vegan restaurants and food offerings. This leads the majority of deluxe hotels to specialize in hosting business and private events and include hotel-run restaurants.

Combining the numerous opportunities for experiential learning through an internship in hotels with practical hospitality studies, the College of Law and Business (CLB) international school and Study in Israel offers hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts graduates from around the world a unique program which combines internship in the large hotels with cultural and theoretical studies held at CLB and taught by top faculty in the industry.  


Track 1: Hospitality studies focusing on Events Production and Marketing 

The Events Production course covers the practical aspects of a wide range of management disciplines: marketing, sales and negotiation, accounting, HR management, and operations management.  The full course curriculum can be found here:

The program consists of:

+ 150 hours study hours of the Events Production Course,

+ 50 hours of cultural lessons (Israel, Middle East, Jewish culture)

+ Monthly internship of 140-176 hours in the Hotel's events or food & beverages service departments. Language speakers may be offered additional positions and greater opportunity for station rotation.

Track 2: Israeli, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean Culinary Arts

Explore the tastes of the Start-up Nation and the fusion of modern innovation with traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean culinary arts. Study the local cuisines through practical workshops at a Tel Aviv based culinary center, combined with lessons on the Israeli culture, languages, and economic environment.
