Certification in Culinary Arts

The program prepares you for two exams, which you may choose to take for certification:

1) ACF - American Culinary Federation's Certified Culinarian Exam: After this program, you will need to continue working in the field to address the experience requirements. The studies cover the course requirements for you to apply to take this exam. 

2) Israeli Certified Cook - Level 1 - You will need to pass several practical exams: Prepare an appetizer, entree, and dessert. You may be required to take additional classes on French terminology and another 100 hours on cooking technologies.

The International school is certified to grant Level 1 certified cook by the Israeli Ministry of Trade.
