Participants in the Lirom Academic Internship through Ben-Gurion University-Eilat choose from two tracks: 14 credits worth in academic hospitality & tourism classes or a certification in Israeli, Middle-Eastern, & Mediterranean cuisine. Both tracks include a five-month internship placement within Eilat’s four and five-stars hotel, during summer and fall semesters.
